This policy applies to private trading education and mentorship services.
Mentorship sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or missed sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered completed and non-refundable.
Completed mentorship sessions are non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with trading performance, profits, losses, or financial outcomes is not grounds for a refund because no trading results are guaranteed.
If APEXX KAPITAL cancels a paid session and cannot reasonably reschedule it, the client may receive a refund for that affected session.
